Discipline gives you a freedom that extends beyond the anal sense of the discipline associated with the conscriptions of regimentation. The context of repetition opens the windows, it allows you to pour yourself out into the infinite abyss of variation.

My discipline refines itself. It gives me the ability to still myself enough to hear the noise, the total sound as total light. Everything that is, is; as God is.
