IT’S TIME FOR REVOLUTION

It’s time for revolution! Self-interest and intransigence have created an environment where we can no longer fairly govern ourselves. If we have the revolution now, it will remain peaceful with restoration. If it is postponed and the present condition is allowed to exacerbate for two more generations, the “baby,” as it were, will be thrown out with the bath water. Our precious Constitution and Bill of Rights will be rendered impotent. With the inevitable oncoming collapse of governance, we will ultimately fall into anarchy with the response of the prohibition of civil liberties through Martial Law. It is up to our generation, the Baby Boomers, to prevent this horror from happening; we who were teenagers during the Beatles and made our discoveries through innocence and wonder.

Our parents suppressed tyranny during World War II and were rightfully honored as our greatest generation. They answered to their parents and to us. They had lived through the depression and subsequently gave us everything during the prosperity that followed the war. The world was ours and we indulged like gourmands creating subsequent generations of insatiable wants beyond needs, until the ruling consciousness had completely deteriorated into an unaccountable, selfish, greedy, rightfully called, “Me Generation.”

We allowed this to happen. Now, if we, my generation, don’t take responsibility and help all of the subsequent generations to collectively turn this mess around, we will be ultimately the named “The Worst.”

Not that greed is a new concept, but it is now so pervasive, it is crippling everything we hold dear. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are becoming hollow shells. The Supreme Court has been subverted by corporate power. There is no honor any more. It’s all about money and the power it buys.

It is quite apparent there has been an ongoing conspiracy for many decades to destroy critical thinking, driven by special interests, so to more easily implement their respective accountant driven agendas. The family unit is breaking down. As important and necessary as computers are, they are destroying the ability for organic thinking. Where once, television was a hearth-like family experience, is now individualized on demand for each member of the family with his own PC. We add insult to injury when subsequently leaving our private spaces and entering the public world; electronic self-automatons with I-pod ear buds, cell phones and Blackberries, twittering ourselves away from human and natural environmental contact.

E Pluribus Unum, which translates, “Out of Many, One,” which means, “United We Stand,” is evaporating around us.

Children are not habituated with the tools how to properly relate to others, let alone themselves. Hostile attitude is all around us. Simply observe an every day function like going up and down public staircases. I was taught you always bear to the right when going up and down. Now, with total disregard, people go up and down how they please, banging into whomever and then giving attitude for the contact that their selfishness and arrogance caused.

Everyone is born famous today, oblivious to the reality of the hard work it takes to earn the rightful mantle of fame. Infamous is just as good as famous. Thus, we’re in a morass of mediocrity, where the best of us are lost in long cues with the undeserving who think they are entitled. I am not making a class distinction with this statement, just observing the lack of respect for education, excellence and determined hard work.

This entitlement, which is strangling us, will inevitably worsen until we finally collapse under the weight of ineptitude. Because there is no accountability, those of us who feel the responsibility to leave the planet a better place from whence we entered it, must take control.

This is the revolution that will save us from inevitable self-destruction. This is the revolution that will usher in the next renaissance, which will be so grand; it will dwarf the Italian by comparison.

This is about total maximum output for and by every component of consciousness. We must take responsibility for being in tune. The synergy will be mind-boggling! It will also be highly profitable for those who invest in such a future.

The few can no longer rule the many out of simple greed. Our precious most fragile planet cannot sustain such a reality and will eventually eliminate us as a species. It is already demonstrating itself. Plate tectonic activity is increasing in frequency. The most recent Chilean earthquake, with the magnitude of 8.8 on the Richter scale, changed the nutation of the earth and shortened the daylight by 1.26 nanoseconds. As hard as it is to comprehend, something inside the earth shifted its balance changing our planet’s axis. Imagine if it had compromised our orbit around the sun.

Our disregard for nature and all other inhabitants who share the earth and our denial that we are defiling our atmosphere causing global warming is beyond arrogant. It is stupidly self-destructive. Our constant warring and fear of nuclear holocaust could be surpassed by Mother Nature’s need to cool the planet, releasing her many volcanoes, covering the earth under a cloud of volcanic ash. All life would atrophy, if not perish from such a protracted winter.

We stand at the precipice whether to evolve or implode. It is time.

We the People must take control and restore what our extraordinarily enlightened founding fathers recognized and put into law for the betterment of future generations, so to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity.

This is the light of enlightenment. It is the beacon for all mankind to aspire. It is an unalienable Right due all within the one consciousness of creation. This is the Revolution that requires all to participate. This is the Revolution to restore our future for subsequent generations. This is the Revolution of selflessness and synergy.

We are the human race, and as such, responsible for this Revolution to be handed down from generation to generation. It was our grandparent’s, it was our parent’s, it is ours and it is our children’s.

The alternative is nihilism and barbarism. We recently almost circum to it, but my parent’s generation rose up and stopped it. It is now our turn to reverse this ongoing devolution and restore all that is positively possible. Now is the time. Welcome to the Revolution!
